4. Made-to-Order Items

Certain products, including our leather jackets and personalised items, are made to order. By ordering these items, you acknowledge that:

• Production time is typically 4–5 weeks
• These items are non-returnable unless faulty
• Custom measurements are your responsibility to provide accurately

5. Personalised Items

Personalised items (e.g. engraved wallets) are non-returnable unless faulty. Please double-check your personalisation details before ordering, as we cannot change them once production has started.

6. Shipping

Our returns policy is outlined on our Returns page. In short: non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
