The Process

How to Return an Item

Email Us

Email hello@wimbushlondon.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Get Your Label

We'll email you a prepaid return label (UK only) and simple instructions.

Pack It Up

Repack the item in its original packaging — unused and in resalable condition.

04

Send & Refund

Drop it at the post office. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.

What Can Be Returned

  • Non-personalised items
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Within 30 days of delivery

What Can't Be Returned

  • Personalised items
  • Made-to-order jackets
  • Items showing signs of use

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 12 months, contact us immediately for a free repair or replacement.
